CCA Animation Studios. This is a fast paced summer project that we developed with the School to allow for their Oakland programs to move into the San Francisco campus in the Fall of 2022. This required working directly with the School and Contractor to develop the best, most expeditious approach while ensuring that the design met the programmatic criteria of the Instructors and allowed for a streamlined Permit approval. CA developed new classrooms, lighting, HVAC, power/data/telcom and includes acoustic rated sound control and recording studio rooms. Currently under construction, Summer of 2022.
