Located at the gateway to the North American exhibit, the new brown bear exhibit is on the largest of its kind in the United States, providing a focal point for the visitor. CA designed a new habitat, adjacent to the existing bear exhibit, completely rehabilitating existing exhibit spaces to feature a landscaped hill with waterfalls and a pond, using state-of-the-art filtration systems. The new exhibit boasts an underwater viewing area behind three inch glass walls.
