TJ Friendship Shopping Mall
Location: Tianjin, China
CA Architects developed a series of alternative designs for this million plus square foot retail/home furnishing store. The selected design will to be used as a prototype for their flagship store to be built throughout China. Designs ranged from undulating metallic roof forms to backlit red-glass walls that glowed at night.
